I will definitely showcase your property on all of the top sites using professional photography, virtual staging if needed, video, and professional floor plans. Stile Real Estate, LLC also offers staging options based on the property’s needs. I know the right ways to maximize the effectiveness of each listing in terms of searchability, visibility, and paid promotion so that as many potential buyers as possible will view your listing.

But while these consumer-focused sites are splashy, the most important group to market to is the Brokerage community. That's because over 75% of successful sales are completed when Brokers are involved on both sides of the sale. I can reach virtually every single qualified Broker in NYC by submitting your listing to the MLS-type databases shared by all real estate professionals, but not open to the public at large. As a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), I have full access to these all-important resources.

What you can expect when I represent you and your home. I will:

  • Meet with you at your home to assess its condition, suggest ways to enhance the unit's appeal, and work with you to understand your needs and expectations.

  • Prepare a detailed market analysis establishing the value of your home.

  • Set up photographer and create floor plan.

  • Learn everything there is to know about your building by speaking to the managing agent and super to ameliorate potential issues in advance, where possible.

  • Prepare a professional listing and publish it so it reaches all major consumer listing platforms such as Streeteasy, Zillow and Trulia.

  • Host several open houses and facilitate private showings as frequently as possible. Will make myself available to show your home whenever a potential buyer wants to see it, based on your schedule.

  • Ensure that all bids are submitted professionally, comprehensively and in a uniform manner, with all information necessary for you to make an informed decision.

  • Negotiate on your behalf to get you the highest possible sale price and the most favorable contract terms.

  • Facilitate the buyer's timely submission of all paperwork prior to closing and ensure that board packages are prepared in a careful, complete and professional manner.
